Cross Country team ends season with great perfomances
The 2025 Section 2A Cross Country meet boasted perfect running conditions at Baylor Park in Norwood Young America on Thursday, Oct. 23. The cool temperatures, sunny day with very little wind, and a course that has excellent energy return, is the type of day that every runner prays for during a sections meet. After training hard during a cross country season that had adverse weather conditions, this was the perfect day to see what their training has done for them. Our athletes toed the starting line with confidence that did not disappoint. We saw personal records across the board — athlete after athlete crushing their previous best times and tossing aside their section rankings as meaningless.
