The winners of the Sleepy Eye Fire Department’s fire safety poster contest were announced at the SEFD open house on Wednesday, Oct. 8. Yendi Trevino won first place with a prize of $25, Brandon Hardin won $15 for second place and Bristol Nachreiner won $10 for third place.
