Reynold Christensen, 71, of rural Sleepy Eye died on July 26, 2022, at his home in Sleepy Eye.
Visitation will be on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Sturm Funeral Home, Sleepy Eye and continue on Saturday for an hour prior to the service at the church.
Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sleepy Eye, on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 11 a.m.
The clergy will be Rev. Tim Berg.
Interment will be at Brookville-Dannebod Cemetery in rural Sleepy Eye.
Military Rites by the Sleepy Eye Honor Guard.
Arrangements are with Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye.

Reynold Arlin Christensen was born on October 29, 1950 in New Ulm to Arlin and Melva (Kopischke) Christensen. He formerly lived in St. Cloud, Elk River, and recently in rural Sleepy Eye. Rey enjoyed cruising around on his Gator, hunting, fishing, farming and entertaining friends in his shop. He was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sleepy Eye.
He is survived by his wife, Gail Christensen, daughter, Melissa (Ian) Hanson, stepdaughters, Melissa (Sean) Fox and Sheila (Paul) Glynn, stepson, Jesse Fox, granddaughters, Gabrielle Gall and Shayla Christensen, grandsons, Landon and Easton Hanson; great-granddaughter, Mila Secory and sister, Marilyn Arlt. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Lori Christensen, brothers-in law, Dave Arlt and Mark Kodet, sister-in-law, Joyce Deming and nephew, Michael Deming.
