Named as ANFP’s national Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) of the Year was Jessica (Kuebler) Weisbrich, Dietary Manager at Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm.
The Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) recently presented awards to several individuals and corporate partners that demonstrate the highest level of dedication to the association and the foodservice industry. ANFP is a national not-for-profit association established in 1960 that today includes over 14,000 professionals dedicated to the practice of providing optimum nutritional care through foodservice management.
The honors were awarded during ANFP’s Annual Conference & Expo, which took place June 10 to 13 in Indianapolis, Ind.
Named as ANFP’s national Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) of the Year was Jessica (Kuebler) Weisbrich, Dietary Manager at Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm. Weisbrich, RDN, LD, CDM, CFPP, recently won the 2015 Minnesota Chapter CDM of the Year Award. Since becoming involved with ANFP in 2007, Weisbrich has served as the Minnesota Chapter Awards and Recognition chairperson for five years and more recently was awarded the ANFP CDM of the Month in January of 2016.
Weisbrich became a CDM in 2008, and after many years as a cook and dietary aide, decided to continue her education. She returned to Minnesota State University, Mankato, to pursue a degree in Dietetics. Weisbrich became a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in 2014.
