Happy Catholic Schools Week from St. Mary’s!

One of our favorite weeks of each school year is Catholic Schools Week, a time set aside to celebrate what it means to be a Catholic school and, specifically, what it means to be St. Mary’s. This year, Catholic Schools Week will be celebrated from Saturday, Jan. 29 to Friday, Feb. 4. Happy 150th Birthday year to Sleepy Eye

Mayor Pelzel asked me to serve on Sleepy Eye's 150th Anniversary committee to help with publicity. Of course I said yes, because I would be writing about the plans anyway. The committee had their second meeting last week and a few things have been decided on.
