It is almost noon on Tuesday. I am expecting a message any minute to go take a picture at Public School (see the front page) while also listening to/watching the livestream for the State FFA Convention. Truthfully, I’m watching that because my two oldest grandchildren, from Maple River FFA, are set to appear on stage during today’s final general session when the last group of awards are announced. I expect to see some Sleepy Eye FFA members on the stage also. I already checked out photos on the State FFA Facebook page and saw a number of Sleepy Eye kids who were recognized with top awards during the earlier days of the convention.
