Good things are happening at Koozie Group

You may pass by an unassuming building on Highway 4 as you drive south out of town without realizing what exactly goes on there. Our company has gone by many names over the years – Haas Press, AUI, Norwood, BIC APP, BIC Graphic, and now Koozie Group – but one thing hasn’t changed. Our dedicated Sleepy Eye team is the largest producer of promotional calendars in the United States. Annually, around 70 million calendars are shipped from our facility to customers all over North America!

April EDA update

The April EDA Board Meeting consisted of discussions on the following items. Bob Elston updated the Board on the status of the apartment building project with Alliance Building Corp. The purchase agreement and the development agreement have been signed. They have requested information on local contractors as they now begin to gather bids and get ready to start construction. We are hoping to see some building activity begin in about a month. This will be approximately a one-year building project depending on the weather, material supply availability, and contractor schedules.
