The parent company of dog treat business Chasing Our Tails is seeking Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after being sued with allegations that it defaulted on its two-year-old lease of the former Del Monte factory in Sleepy Eye and a southeastern Minnesota property in Altura.BIC Holdings Inc., which owns Chasing Our Tails Inc.
