After successful season, Just For Kix dancers preparing for Spring Show and Nationals
Sleepy Eye Just For Kix has competed in three Together We Dance (TWD) competitions this year and has had huge successes with multiple teams placing each time. Participating in every competition are 10 groups of different dancers ranging from Kindergarten to 11th grade.

St. Mary’s senior class enjoys fun in the sun
St. Mary’s seniors traveled to the Florida Keys on their class trip, April 2-5. They stayed at a resort in Islamorada where they swam in the ocean and the pool, soaked up the Florida sun, went bike riding and fishing, and cracked coconuts and drank coconut water. One evening they visited a marina in Islamorada and ate at beach side restaurant for a seafood buffet and celebrated Nico Nosbush’s 18th birthday.
Centuries-old penitential devotion, Stations of the Cross to be led by Bishop Zielinski on Good Friday
NEW ULM – On Good Friday, April 18 (weather permitting), at 3 p.m. at the Way of the Cross shrine in New Ulm, the Most Rev. Chad W. Zielinski, bishop of the Catholic Diocese of New Ulm, will lead a public prayer and meditation on the fourteen Stations of the Cross. This historic shrine of the diocese, which dates back to 1904, features 14 stations with Bavarian statues and a grotto lined along a cobblestone path leading to the Sorrowful Mother of Jesus chapel. With its rich history and cultural significance, the shrine was officially added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2020.
