An empty Main Street building in need of major repairs is moving toward renovation with the help of a $25,000 economic development loan.The Economic Development Authority voted at its June meeting to approve the business assistance request by Chuck Hauser, a Sleepy Eye native who is in the process of assuming ownership of the property at 120 Main St.
