Rural Sleepy Eye resident Gary Allen Thoms was sentenced Monday to 90 months in prison for sexually assaulting a child relative about 14 years ago.Thoms, 70, 25189 Hwy 4 North, accepted an agreement with prosecutors in June to plead guilty to criminal sexual conduct in the second degree.
