Mayor looks to answer questions on daycare-rec center idea

The idea of using public and private money to build a hybrid community center for recreation and daycare needs continues to generate talk among city leaders.Mayor Wayne Pelzel briefed the Economic Development Authority last week on his proposal to form a committee to study the concept, including where it might go, what it could include and how it should be financed.
