Minnesota State University, Mankato awarded 2,494 degrees to 2,247 students at the end of the spring 2023 semester. Commencement ceremonies were held on May 5 and 6 for the various college departments in Taylor Center’s Bresnan Arena on the Minnesota State Mankato campus.
The ECFE Vehicle Fair on May 16 was very well attended and the weather was ideal for an outside activity. A special attraction was the bouncy house set up on the school lawn as it kept children of all ages busy. Many vehicles were present on the street and in the parking lot. Food vendors were doing a brisk business as well.
The EDA Board met on May 23. Old business the Board discussed included the following: An update on the continued discussion pertaining to the 108 Main Street West property and the review of the purchase agreement closing covenant.
