The Sleepy Eye United golfers got back on the course again—for a string of three successful home meets—starting on Thursday, April 27, when they hosted MVL and Wabasso. Coach Bryant Mages said the girls’ team broke their record team total AGAIN— now at 202.
Reflections of Gold was the name of St. Mary’s Prom Grand March, held at St. Mary’s Auditorium Saturday, April 29.

The Knights baseball team were home against GFW on Tuesday, April 25, and got a big win. Knights 12, GFW 1 “Talan [Helget] pitched a great game for us and we hit the ball the best we have to date,” said Coach Bruce Woitas, and we got a nice win.
The Indians softball team split a doubleheader on Thursday, April 27 at Springfield. Game 1: Indians 5, Springfield 3 Katelyn Tauer got the win on the mound for the Indians.
The River Valley Wildcats competed in another track meet at New Ulm High School on Thursday, April 27. Their first outing there was on April 14 — cold, windy and raining, but the Wildcats won the meet.
Deb Moldaschel On Tuesday, April 25, the Indians baseball team defeated Wabasso in a home game. Indians 14, Wabasso 1 “Kaleb [Butenhoff] threw a great game and we hit the ball well again,” said Coach Aaron Nesvold.
After three wins last week, the Knights softball team was 7-0 on the season. On Tuesday, April 25, the Knights were home against Wabasso.
