New floor installed in St. Mary’s Church
Deb Moldaschel Parishioners at St. Mary’s Catholic Church attended Mass in the church basement all summer as the huge task of replacing the wood flooring in the church with terrazzo was underway.
Kathy Haala recognized with Friends of Education award
Deb Moldaschel At the start of each school year, the Sleepy Eye Education Association honors a community member with the Sleepy Eye Friends of Education award. This year the award was presented to Kathy Haala in recognition of the many ways she contributes to the school through her dedication as a constant volunteer for over 20 years.
