Roger Dean Stephens, age 78 of Sleepy Eye, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Sleepy Eye Medical Center. Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Faith United Methodist Church in Sleepy Eye with a livestream available on the Stephens Funeral Service Facebook page. Visitation will be 4:00- 7:00 p.m. Friday at the church, and will continue one hour prior to the service at church on Saturday. Interment will be held at a later date in the Morton City Cemetery. We hear a lot about new year’s resolutions this time of the year. Now, more than at any other time, people think about making changes in their lives. This often involves things like getting more exercise, eating healthier foods, or spending more time with family. Or people focus their resolutions on accomplishing a specific goal related to work or home. These resolutions almost always have one thing in common. It is not just any change in our behavior or life, but a positive one. We make such changes believing this will improve our life, our health, or our relationships. This is a good thing.
