This past weekend the VFW 16s team won the district tournament and is headed to the state tournament in a few weeks.It was a pleasure to be able to cover all of their games this past weekend. The opening round game against Eagan was one of the best games I have covered so far. If you missed it completely or left early, I feel bad for you. They were down 6-1 in the bottom of the seventh and scored six runs to comeback and win!It was a cool moment to see them celebrating...

THE SLEEPY EYE 13u Bombers won the 2015 MSF 13AA State Championship on July 25. The Bombers won the championship game by a score of 16-0 and still have a perfect record of 29-0.
