Agnes M. Wensauer, age 90, of Sleepy Eye died Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Divine Providence Community Home in Sleepy Eye.

Agnes Margaret Wensauer 90, of Sleepy Eye, died on Nov. 1, 2017, at Divine Providence Community Home in Sleepy Eye. Service was held at the St. Mary's Catholic Church-Sleepy Eye, on Monday, November 6. The clergy was Father Andy Michels. Interment was at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Sleepy Eye. Agnes M. Wensauer was born on March 9, 1927 on the family farm Southwest of Sleepy Eye, to Joseph & Mary (Groebner) Fink. She attended Quail Trap Country School and St. Mary's Catholic School in Sleepy Eye. Agnes married Raymond J. Wensauer on May 13, 1947 at the Church of the Japanese Martyrs in Leavenworth. After their marriage, they lived and farmed in Mulligan Township until their retirement. Agnes also worked at Del Monte and Swift. After retiring Raymond and Agnes moved to the Godahl area and later to Essig in 1994. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the CCW. She also volunteered at Divine Providence and helped with church cleaning and peeling potatoes for the St. Mary's Catering Ladies. Agnes enjoyed spending time with family, quilting and going to garage sales and auctions.
Agnes is survived by her children & spouses: Joseph (Laura) Wensauer of Parkers Prairie, James (Patricia) Wensauer of Comfrey, Kathy (Ivan) Radloff of Winthrop, Mary (Dale) Wiegmann of Willmar, David (Valerie) Wensauer of Sacred Heart, Barbara (Joel) Lingbeek of Renville; 15 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren: Jason and children Brittaney & Kathryn, Jamie (Dean) Jesnowske and children Mia and Averi, Jeffrey; children: Brooklyn, Austin & Victoria, Christy (Allan) Kallevig and child Lily, Michelle (Clint) Kilanowski and children Blake, Cody and Amber, Shawn (Diane) Radloff and children August and Caleb, Kevin (Jennie) Radloff and child Weston, Casey Wiegmann and children Tristan and Brooklyn, Carla (Mark) Taylor, Brandon (Kari) Wensauer, Shannon (Kevin) Lindquist and children Kinnley, Odin and Cooper, Nathan Wensauer, Jonathan (Dawn) Lingbeek and children Hannah, Matthew and Aliyah, Rustin (Lyndsay)Lingbeek; children: Aubrey, Jay and Kinzey, and Jared Lingbeek; brothers: Alois (Deloris) Fink of Fairfax, and Joseph Fink of Sleepy Eye. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Raymond in 2003.
