Sleepy Eye Public Schools, invites lump sum bids for the construction work for the HVAC Upgrades at the existing Sleepy Eye Public School, located at 400 4th Ave. SW, Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, 56085 in accordance with bidding documents prepared by MLA Architects, Inc.

PROJECT SCOPE

The project Scope of work consist of upgrading and/or replacement of existing HVAC equipment, controls, ductwork and heating piping.  As a result of the upgrades, fire protection, lighting, ceiling upgrades and other miscellaneous general construction work would be associated with the modifications. This work includes general, mechanical and electrical construction.

BID DATE

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Sleepy Eye Public School HVAC Upgrades” and arrive at the Sleepy Eye School District Office, 400 4th Ave. SW, Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, 56085, on or before Thursday February 18, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Bids will publicly be opened.
