For the second time in two months, Paul Andrew Alonzo, 18, of Sleepy Eye has been charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim aged 13-15-years-old.
The first charge was made in October when Alonzo was accused of engaging in sex with a 14-year-old female and videotaping the incident.
An additional charge of use of a minor in pornographic work was included with the first incident.
According to the criminal complaint, Alonzo admitted to engaging in relations with the victim four or five times. Alonzo, who turned 18 on July 23, 2009, initially stated the relations had stopped after his birthday because he knew he could get in trouble. Alonzo later admitted the videotaped incident occurred one week after his birthday.
In the second case filed on Dec. 8, Alonzo is alleged to have engaged in sexual relations with a 15-year-old. Alonzo was, at the time, out on bail for the first case. The criminal complaint states Alonzo admitted to relations with the victim.
Remanded, Alonzo is currently incarcerated at the Brown County Jail in New Ulm. Bail has been set for $100,000, unconditional. His court appearance has been set for Dec. 22 at 8:30 a.m.
