NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON WETLAND AND SEPTIC SECTIONS OF THE BROWN COUNTY ZONING
ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Planning Commission appointed by the Board of Brown County Commissioners, Brown County, Minnesota, will conduct a Public Hearing at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 14, 2009, in the Commissioners Room 204 of the Brown County Courthouse in New Ulm, Minnesota, to receive public comments on a revised Wetland and Septic Sections of the Brown County Zoning Ordinance.
The proposed ordinance changes include terms and terminology, Conditional Use language in the A-1 Agriculture Protection District of the Zoning Ordinance to allow contractors yard(s), Accessibility, compliance and permitting of septic systems, etc. A portion of the changes to these sections of the Brown County Zoning Ordinance are required by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
A copy of the proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance and the current Zoning Ordinance may be reviewed at the Brown County Planning and Zoning Office during regular business hours or online at http://www.co.brown.mn.us/departments/Crthouse/PlanZone/planzone.htm.
