In a lengthy discussion at the Sleepy Eye Public School Board regular meeting held Wednesday, May 9, the board ultimately decided to go with Taher, Inc., as the food service provider for the district for the 2012-13 school year.

The Wanda Gag grant has found an instructor, Marilyn Lieske, for Pick a Path – Make a Game! The class will be held June 4-7, 9:30-10:45 a.m., for ages 6-12 at Sleepy Eye High School – Room 134. Youth will design, construct and decorate a board game and then make a box to store it in. The games will be displayed at the Dyckman Free Library for one week following class. Materials are provided.
