Sleepy Eye High School senior Cassidy Hoffmann has played volleyball throughout high school and is a team captain this year. She is also team captain for the cheerleaders. Cassidy is very involved in school and community activities as a member of Honor Society, FFA and 4-H. She’s held several offices in 4-H and FFA—serving this year as FFA Chapter President. Cassidy works at Roseview Dairy.

Cassidy said high school academics, activities and athletics have taught her the value of hard work, being responsible and being a team player. She is very service oriented and enjoys the community service projects she does with the Honor Society, FFA and 4-H.

Cassidy said her mom has been the greatest influence in her life. “Throughout my years of volunteering, being in FFA, 4-H and sports, my mom has guided and supported me,” Cassidy said. “She allows me to have a busy schedule, take on bigger roles, and do all the things I enjoy. My mom is someone I look up to and see as a role model.”
