The Board of Directors of the Minnesota Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame recently announced the individuals selected to be inducted into the Minnesota Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame. Included is Terry Helget of Sleepy Eye, for his involvement with the Essig baseball program.
The other individuals who will be honored this year are: Gary Grob of Caledonia, Larry Klunder of Arlington, Tom Koplitz of Cambridge, Harley Oyloe of Fergus Falls and Charles Peik of Gaylord.
The Hall of Fame induction banquet is on Saturday, Sept. 16, at River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud—the home of the Hall of Fame. Information about the Minnesota Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame, and the order form for banquet tickets, can be found on the website: mnamateurbaseballhof.com.
