It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of April 2010, at 11:30 o’clock a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 14 South State Street, New Ulm, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the will of the decedent, dated February 17, 2004, and codicil to the will dated ____, and separate writing (_____) under Minn. Stat. 524.2-513 (“Will”), and for the appointment of Lucy A. Gluth, whose address is 31484 310th Avenue, Morgan, MN 56266, as personal representative of the estate of the above named decedent in unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and if no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses; to sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the estate.
Notice is further given that (subject to Minn. State. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

Call for Bids
Eden Township
Sealed bids will be received by the Supervisors of Eden Township up to 10:35 a.m. April 13, 2010, at the Brown County Office Building, 300 2nd Ave. SW, Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, for the furnishing and hauling in place 6,000 yards, more or less, of screened or crushed gravel for spot graveling throughout Eden Township.
Also to furnish and haul gravel on private driveways to those interested parties in the township at the same contract price.
Bid shall be made on an average cost per yard hauled anywhere in Eden Township.
Work shall be completed by August 1, 2010.
A certified check or bidders bond of not less than five percent of the total bid, made out to the Treasurer of Eden Township for the work described in the above proposal must accompany the bid. Bidder must submit a statement of coverage by workmen’s compensation insurance and general liability insurance.
The Eden Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Review Open Book meeting for the City of Evan, Brown County, Minnesota, will meet at the Extension building, 300 2nd Ave. SW, Sleepy Eye, MN at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, the 13th of April, 2010, for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said city for the year 2010. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause of such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.
