Teresa and Joe Guidice will plead not guilty following two more fraud indictments, NJ.com reports.
On Monday, the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars were indicted in federal court on the additional charges of bank fraud and loan application fraud. Those are in addition to the 39 counts filed against the couple in July, which included bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa has also been accused of lying about having a job and a $15,000 monthly salary on a loan application, while Joe has been charged with failing to file tax returns from 2004 to 2008, when he allegedly earned nearly $1 million.

"As she did with respect to the allegations contained in the original indictment, Teresa intends to plead 'not guilty' to the allegations in the new indictment," Teresa's lawyer Henry E. Klingeman said in a statement. "She looks forward to defending herself at the trial, scheduled for Feb. 24, 2014. Beyond that, we will answer all of the charges in court, not out."
The arraignment for the new indictment is on Wednesday in federal court in Newark. If convicted, Teresa and Joe could each face dozens of years in prison.
