Activities that Brandon has participated in during his time at Sleepy Eye Public High School include football, basketball and baseball, where he has received All-Conference titles in basketball and football. In addition to athletics Brandon is also involved in FFA, choir and the Sleepy Eye Yes Team.
In the community Brandon is active in youth group, having served as vice president and currently serving as president. He also serves as a Sunday School teacher at his church. In his spare time Brandon enjoys hunting and fishing.
The personal values and strengths that Brandon feels will help him succeed are dedication and hard work.
“I am dedicated, hard-working and I always strive to do my best,” Brandon said.
The greatest influence in Brandon’s life are his parents who have always been supportive role-models.
“My parents taught me to respect myself and others,” Brandon said. “They have been good role-models for me and they support me in everything I do.”
Following graduation Brandon plans to attend a four-year university to receive a master’s degree in physical education with a minor in coaching.
