Two people sustained injuries as the result of a crash involving a car and a motorcycle in Nicollet on Saturday, Sept. 21.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the incident occurred at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and Minnesota Highway 111 at 12:43 p.m.

According to the report, Terry Frauendorfer of Sleepy Eye was driving a motorcycle westbound on Highway 14 with a passenger, Gail Frauendorfer, when it collided at the intersection with a Chevy Impala driven by Marla Reed of Oskaloosa, Iowa.

Authorities say both people riding on the motorcycle sustained non-life threatening injuries as a result of the crash. The occupants in the car were not injured.
