Ralph M. Class died June 28,2013 at the age of 83. A memorial service was held July 10, 2013 at Ft. Snelling Memorial Chapel with interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Ralph was born in Evan to Fred and Verna Class. He attended Sleepy Eye High School and upon graduation decided to make the military his career. He served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. He attended the Air Force O.S.I. Academy and served his last ten years as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Upon his military retirement he was accepted into the U.S. Marshal Service and served as a Deputy U.S. Marshal until his retirement. To stay busy during retirement Ralph attended St. Paul College and received a degree in horology. Ralph held a commercial pilot's license and enjoyed flying. His other interests included motorcycling, golfing, traveling and family trips and gatherings. Ralph lived a vital and full life despite recent health challenges. His greatest love in life was his family. Ralph is survived by his wife, JoAnn; daughter, Patricia (Dean) Twite; son, Paul; grandchildren, Jeff (Candi) Twite, Sarah and Rachel Class; brother, Arnie (Mary); nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Verna Class; and brother Gerald.
