Sleepy Eye Public School’s Positive Behavior Intervention Support Group, Sleepy Eye Pride, will be hosting an event to promote the positive influence it is having on the school.
Sleepy Eye Pride invites the community to attend a Twilight Swim at the Sleepy Eye Family Aquatic Center on Thursday, June 27, 8-10 pm.
The event is open to the public to learn more about the program and enjoy a night of swimming under the stars.
This program is in the third year of implementation at Sleepy Eye Public School. The initiative was put into place to help promote positive behavior in school and within the community.
The group hopes to raise awareness of the program and wants the community to see how the efforts at school will contribute to a positive climate throughout Sleepy Eye.
