Jason Davis produces a popular "5 On The Road" series on Sunday nights for a half-hour on KSTP 5 Eyewitness News. The show, which premiered in 2004, brings stories from around the state of interesting people doing interesting things.
However, this time Davis wasn't as interested in Mason as he was in the store.
"I'm using his store as a backdrop in the introduction set on a story that features creative artists in Minnesota," Davis said. "The store itself is very colorful, compelling and visual. And it's always a pleasure to talk to Mike. His work amazes me."
Davis added that segments of the Sleepy Eye Stained Glass story that were featured last April in Davis's program will run again, but Davis was unable to give a specific date when the series will air.
A link featuring the segment will be provided on our website at www.sleepyeyenews.com.
