Fourth grade students from all three area schools took part in the annual Arbor Day program held at Sportsman's Park on May 7.

Fourth grade students from St. Mary’s, St. John’s and Sleepy Eye Public School spent a warm, sunny afternoon at Sportsman’s Park for the annual Arbor Day program.

Students participated in the program with a short reading or song and then planted two Autum Blaze Maples, a Fall Fiesta Maple and a Redmond Linden tree, donated by Dick Zinniel of Carr’s Tree Service.
