Emily’s school activities at Sleepy Eye Public High School include playing tennis, basketball and softball. She is also involved in the fine arts and is a member of the Student Council where she has held offices of vice president and is currently the president of her class.
In the community Emily is a member of youth group, donates to the blood drives and volunteers for her church and National Honor Society. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis and hanging out with her friends. She also works at Schutz Family Foods and is a summer tennis program instructor.
The personal values and strengths that Emily believes will help her succeed is having a positive outlook in tough situations and being able to keep going.
The person that Emily feels has the greatest influence in her life is her sister because she has taught her to be a bigger and better person.
Following graduation Emily plans to attend college.
