North Korea has threatened a pre-emptive nuclear attack against the U.S., according to CNN. The threat came after the U.N. Security Council voted unanimously to pass harsher sanctions against North Korea. China, North Korea's strongest ally, also voted for the sanctions. Analysts say North Korea is years away from having the technology to mount a nuclear warhead on a missile and aim it with any accuracy.
