    Whereas, The Brown County Drainage Authority, has appointed viewers to redetermine the benefits and damages for Brown County Ditch No. 52, affecting properties in sections 20, 28, 29, 32 and 33 in Home Township in Brown County, and whereas, the Viewers’ Report for the Redetermination of Benefits has been filed with the County Auditor,
    NOW, THEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that the Drainage Authority will hear public comment on the acceptance of the redetermination of benefits on Brown County Ditch No. 52 at the Brown County Law Enforcement Center's Training Room, 15 Washington St. S, New Ulm, Minnesota on March 26, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. All persons interested in the redetermination of benefits wanting to be heard should appear at this time. If accepted, the redetermined benefits will replace those now being used and all future maintenance expenses will be assessed based upon the redetermined benefits.

    NOTICE OF ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION
    AND MEETING EDEN TOWNSHIP
    Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Eden Township, County of Brown, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013.
    The Election Poll hours will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at which time the voters will elect one (1) Supervisor and one (1) Treasurer.
    Annual Town Meeting will convene at 8:10 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
    The Annual Election and Annual Meeting will be held at the Morgan Fire Hall in Morgan, Minnesota. Absentee Ballots are available from the Township Clerk.
    In case of inclement weather, the meetings and election may be postponed until March 19, 2013, with notice of postponement announced on KNUJ Radio of New Ulm and KLGR Radio of Redwood Falls.
    The Board of Canvas will convene at 8:05 p.m. March 12, 2013, to canvas the Annual Election ballots.
