Brian Renz, a corporate chef with Taher Food Service, prepared chicken stir-fry for students on Wednesday, Jan. 23 at Sleepy Eye Public Schools.

He was assisted by Superintendent John Cselovszki. Brian has been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and joined Taher’s team in 1999 as the Food Service Director/Chef at St. Paul Academy and Summit School in St. Paul.

As Taher’s Corporate Chef, Brian focuses on improving the quality of school food service programs.
