    AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, PARKVIEW ADDITION, CITY OF SLEEPY EYE, BROWN COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
    WHEREAS, Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Parkview Addition, City of Sleepy Eye is currently zoned multi-family, and
    WHEREAS, a request has been made to rezone the above-described property from multi-family to business, and
    WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said rezoning will be in the best interest for the City of Sleepy Eye and the business/industrial zone will fit well into the area of the property.
    NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Sleepy Eye does ordain as follows:
    Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Parkview Addition, City of Sleepy Eye, is hereby rezoned to a business/industrial classification and the zoning map for the City of Sleepy Eye is hereby directed to be changed accordingly.
    Passed by the City Council for the City of Sleepy Eye on January 24, 2013.

    It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of February, 2013, at 11:30 o'clock A.M., a hearing will be held in the above named Court at New Ulm, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the will of the above named decedent, dated January 21, 2010, and for the appointment of Jay Syverson, whose address is 15952 Garden Gate Circle, Apple Valley, MN 55124, as personal representative of the estate of the above named decedent in unsupervised administration, and that any objections thereto must be filed with the Court. That, if proper, and no objections are filed, a personal representative will be appointed to administer the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, and sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate.

    COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Brown, will conduct certain public hearings as follows:
    4. 9:45 AM: To consider a Conditional Use Permit Application by Richard Mauer on property described as N2 of NW4 of NW4 Sec 21 - Twp 111N - R 33W, Eden Township, Brown County, for the purpose of renewing existing CUP #C-00191 and to allow the expansion of an existing feedlot from 2400 head (720 AU) to 4800 head (1440 AU), the construction of a new 102'x192' confinement barn with a 102'x192'x8' deep manure storage area and the continued use of an existing 102'x192' confinement barn with a 102'x192'x8' deep manure storage area in a hog wean to finish operation located in the A-1 Agricultural Protection Zoning District.
    Notice is further given that the above hearings will be held by the Brown County Planning Commission on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2013, beginning at 9:00 AM in the Commissioners Room 204 of the Brown County Courthouse, New Ulm, Minnesota, at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed Plat or Conditional Use Permits.
    Hearings of these appeals are not limited to those receiving copies of this Notice, and if you know of any neighbor or affected property owner who, for any reason, has not received a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform them of this public hearing.
    A copy of each proposed request is on file in the Brown County Planning & Zoning Office, Brown County Courthouse, 14 South State Street, New Ulm, Minnesota, and may be viewed during regular business hours. If you have any concerns over the proposed use of the property, then please submit your input either in person or in writing to the Planning Commission.
