    PROPOSED ADDITIONS/REVISIONS
    TO BROWN COUNTY FEE SCHEDULE
    Pursuant to MN Statute 373.41, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Brown County Commissioners on Tuesday January 8, 2013, at 10:00 AM in the Commissioners Room 204 of the Brown County Courthouse, New Ulm, MN.  Proposed fee additions/revisions are as follows:
    SHERIFF’S OFFICE
    Deputy Rate/Special Event Security Rate (not Police Contr. Rate): $60/hr plus mileage (two hour minimum)
    Records: Photos (old case) $25; Photo CD $15; In Car Video $25; Copy of telephone calls (each) $15; Civil Finger Prints $10
    INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
    Full Parcel GIS Data: Street Centerlines $500; Rural Address Points (Cities Not Included) $300; Other Brown County GIS Data maintained by Brown County $100. Note: All GIS Datasets will be in Shapefile Format, NAD 83, UTM 15 projection. All GIS Datasets will require a data disclosure to be signed.
    Full Real Estate Datasets: Partial Parcel Data, 1 data field $0.001 per parcel. Note: All Real Estate Datasets will require a data disclosure to be signed.
    Printed Maps: 8.5x11 Color or Black & White $5; 11x17 Black & White $5; Plotter Less than 36”x48” (ANSI E) $15; Plotter Greater than 36”x48” (ANSI E) $15 + $5 per each addition foot, rounded up to the nearest foot.  Note: Plotter can accommodate requests that are 36” wide, unlimited length.
    DVD $1 (Service Fee added for DVD creation)

    WARNING
    An aeration system creating open water and thin ice may be operated on Sleepy Eye Lake in Brown County, Township, 110N, Range 32, Sections 20 and 29, this winter.
    The lake will be monitored for oxygen content on a regular basis. Weather conditions may cause the areas of thin ice and open water to fluctuate greatly.
    The system may be operating during periods of ice cover on or about Jan. 1 through April 15, 2013.
    Please stay clear of marked areas.

    FILING NOTICE PRAIRIEVILLE TOWNSHIP
    Notice is hereby given to residents of Prairieville Township, that filing for the office of one (1) supervisor for a term of three years, and for the office of township Treasurer for a term of two years, to be elected at the annual township meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, will open Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013 and close Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at the township clerk’s office, 23354 300th Avenue.
