Yes! Team collects Christmas lights

On Dec. 10, the YES! Team sponsored Sleepy Eye's Holiday Light Collection.

Team members canvased the town and collected old and unused Christmas lights to be recycled. Further drop off sites will be at Sleepy Eye Public School, St. Mary’s, Brown County REA and Schutz Family Foods until Jan. 7.

The Team will publish the total amount of lights collected and what they do with them in a future issue of the Sleepy Eye Herald-Dispatch.
