A walk-off grand slam homer is rare in baseball, but it happened Saturday night in Sleepy Eye.

Jacob Adams of Brandon Valley, S.D. accomplished the feat in his team’s 6-4 victory over Sioux Falls East during the Upper Midwest Classic.

Adams 16, hit a ball over the batter’s eye in Sleepy Eye. It’s estimated to have traveled 430-460 feet.
