Sleepy Eye 16U Softball sweeps Martin County West, 15-5, 11-8

The Sleepy Eye Indians took two from the visiting Martin Country West 16U team last Tuesday.

Laura Pelzel got the win in the first game. Jordyn Domeier was 3-for-3 at the plate as was Jamie Fischer. One of Fischer’s hits was a home run. Carly Jensen pitched the second game.

Fischer showed power in the second game too, hitting two home runs. Emily Schumacher went 3-for-4 and Maggie Sellner had two hits.
