    BOYS GOLF

    Sleepy Eye defeated Springfield and BLHS 182 to 188 to 197.

    Tyler Netzke: 35 (medalist and career low)

    On Wednesday April 25, Sleepy Eye headed to participate in the Tomahawk Conference Tournament held at the Oakdale Golf Course.

     

    For the Indians, Tyler Netzke led the way finishing in a tie for first place with a score of 73.


    Tyler Hadley finished in fourth place with 81.

     

    As a team Sleepy Eye finished in third place. BLHS took home first and Springfield placed second.


    On the girls side, there was a three way tie for the top honors with two Sleepy Eye golfers in the mix. Carissa Hillmer and Emily Curtis both shot a 91.


    Lauren Laffen golfed a 95, good for fifth place. Karrah Remus shot a 100 placing her in the ninth spot. Rounding out those placing in the top 20 for the Indians was Anna Ibberson in the thirteenth spot with a 103. 


    As a team, Sleepy Eye brought home first place.

    Sleepy Eye defeated Sibley East and Cedar Mountain 185 to 194 to 204 and moves to 18-7 on the season.
