Do you ever feel like you’re not on track? Like it’s hard to get energized and motivated? You just can’t seem to get some of those things done that you really want to.
Perhaps you just need to give yourself a little break to adjust to something new. Or maybe, the answer lies elsewhere. Astrologers may answer that it’s due to the Dark of the Moon. Have you ever heard that three days before each New Moon, it is common to be really tired? Maybe more water can help. Every system in your body depends on water. It flushes toxins out of vital organs and carries nutrients to your cells. Lack of water can cause dehydration, which can drain your energy and make you tired. Little fresh air or exercise can cause you to feel groggy too. Maybe rest would help. In a global survey of more than 30,000 people in 23 countries, the U.S. had one of the highest rates of sleep deprivation, with 37 percent of Americans feeling they don’t get enough sleep (webmd.com).
With those areas in check, and other medical conditions considered, another area to take into account is inspiration. Inspiration is defined as the stimulation of the mind or emotions to a high level of feeling or activity (freedictionary.com). It is a feeling of complete energy throughout your body, a lightness in your attitude and worries, and an excited belief that you are capable of something great. It is having a hope for bigger possibilities. Do you have inspiration?
In order for inspiration to be experienced, you must first stop and notice. Be aware of all that occurs around you. Be present and appreciate it. Then, with a mindset of having room to stretch and freedom to experiment and possibly fail, inspiration can be found.
Do you know what inspires you? What motivates or encourages you? Have you ever felt that surge of positive energy throughout your body? Maybe the simple act of adding music to your day can be inspiring. Or perhaps a more involved experience, such as being part of a worthy cause or trying something you’ve always dreamed of is what inspires you. Notice what it is for you~ by just thinking of it or when you actually experience it. Incorporate that experience whenever you can. Engaging in it little by little will give you courage and confidence to continue to include it further. Whatever your need, feeling out of your element is a true, but passing experience. Allow it to be. Use it as an opportunity to learn more about yourself. Pay attention to what it is that you’re missing and embrace it! Your energy will be restored!
