- Hoops for Heart

- Students at St. Mary’s also participated in the Hoops for Heart fundraiser last week. The object is to help children raise their heart rates and raise money for the American Heart Association. Winners in the competition were Cassie Heinrichs, sixth grader, with 105 points and Kyle Borth, fifth grade, with 80 points. The total amount raised for the American Heart Association in both the Hoops for Heart and Jump for Heart fundraisers was $1438.50.
