- The Sleepy Eye Sportsman's Club held their 31st annual Ice Fishing Derby on Sunday, Feb. 3. Over 750 people registered with the contest and many ticket raffles were sold out. Weather conditions held steady as people enjoyed a little fun on Sleepy Eye Lake.
