- This week in Sleepy Eye people all around town were busy celebrating Easter. Sleepy Eye Elementary held Muffins with Mom and announced their students of the month, and Central Lakes College's Heavy Equipment Operation and Maintenance program in Staples hosted its annual Employment Opportunity Day for contractors and potential employees from the two-year training program.
